Webinar "Alerts and their handling in the ACS-MAH-System" in German on March 18, 2019, and English on March 19, 2019
With the implementation of Directive 2011/62/EU on February 9, 2019, the Data Matrix Code printed on medicinal products must be scanned by the end user and checked via the database system of the pharmaceutical industry (ACS-MAH-System). "Alerts” can occur as part of this validation, which can then be checked and evaluated by the pharmaceutical companies. Alert handling takes place in the ticket module of the ACS-MAH-System.
To understand the technical process of the subsystems in the background and to give an understanding of alert handlings, we offer you the opportunity to participate in a webinar. In this webinar, the individual steps of alert handling are described and shown in a live demonstration using an example.
The following topics are content of the webinar:
- In which cases alerts are generated?
- Which stakeholders will be informed about alerts?
- Overview of alert handling (process description)
- Live demonstration for processing alerts in the ticket module
More information you may find in our event page.
We are looking forward to your participation.
