Switch: Since October 1, 2018, support requests have been handled by the Arvato Service Desk
ACS PharmaProtect connects more and more customers daily to the ACS-MAH System and therefore also the inquiries for help regarding the handling of this are increasing.
To ensure an effective and prompt support furthermore, your requests have been handled by the German- and English-speaking staff of the Arvato Service Desk in Riga, Latvia, since October 1, 2018.
The staff will be trained by us regularly and the colleagues of ACS PharmaProtect GmbH will be involved in the solution finding process.
Furthermore, our support can be reached by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +49 30 577 037 908. Open working hours for incoming calls are Monday till Friday between 8:00-17:00 o'clock.
To answer your request effective, please be aware on the following:
- Please send us separate e-mails per topic.
- If you contact our support via phone, please have your ticket number (if already available) and the IFA address number (max. 5 digits) at hand.
- If your request refers to an existing ticket, please use the ticket number as reference in the subject line of your e-mail.
